Postmark your mail in registration form by this date to receive your Race packet (T-shirt/bib) via mail. Race packets will automatically be mailed to your home address (and will begin arriving after August 1). For those registering after September 1, you must pick-up your Race T-shirt and bib at a packet pick-up during Race Week. (locations & dates TBD). Race packets can also be picked up on Race Day starting at 6:30 am. |

Fundraising Reward Deadlines

Postmark mail-in donation forms* by this date to have them count towards earning a fundraising reward. Donation forms may be postmarked as late as Sunday, October 31 but will not count towards "top fundraisin" rewards or recognition on Race Day. |

Online donations** must be made by midnight of Sunday, October 31 in order to count towards earning a fundraising reward. Online donations may be made as late as Sunday, October 31 but will not count towards "top fundraising" rewards or recognition on Race Day. |
*Only donations made using your “Individual Participant Donation Form” will be counted towards these individual fundraising rewards. Donations made via the “Team Donation Form” will not be counted, nor will they be divided amongst team members’ individual fundraising accounts.
**Only donations made via your individual Participant Center (personal page) will count towards these individual fundraising rewards. Donations via the Team Participant Center (team Web page) will not be counted, nor will they be divided amongst team members’ individual fundraising accounts.
*** Matching gifts will not be counted toward the donation totals for an individual.
