2020 Komen Chicago Race for the Cure is going VIRTUAL
Susan G. Komen® Chicago Race for the Cure will be going VIRTUAL for the first time. While the pandemic has cancelled many important moments in our lives, our mission to end breast cancer isn't cancelled, and neither is our Race for the Cure!
We’re inviting you to Race Where You Are, because the women and men facing breast cancer need our support now, as much as ever. Whether it’s emotional support via our helpline, financial support through our treatment assistance program, funding lifesaving research or help navigating their care journey, we must be there for them.
We encourage you to visit these FAQs for the most up-to-date information.
Please join us and RACE WHERE YOU ARE on October 24, 2020!
On event day, we invite you to join us online to hear stories from our survivors and those living with breast cancer, to learn about the impact of Komen's research discoveries, public policy advocacy and direct patient support services, and to celebrate your fundraising success. Then, we encourage you to set out on the sidewalks of your own neighborhood to earn your Virtual Finisher Medal by walking 6,000 steps for your commitment to end breast cancer.
