Welcome to the Chicago Remembers Betty Team page!  This is our second year participating in the Chicagoland Race for the Cure and are so proud to be working together with Susan G. Komen for the Cure® to fight the battle against breast cancer!

Our team was founded to honor the memory of Betty Wood, mother of Danny Wood, a member of New Kids on the Block.  Danny has done an amazing job of keeping the memory of his mother alive through his Remember Betty Foundation. 

As friends, family and fans, we have come together to fight the good fight and do our part!  Many of us have been affected in one way or another by cancer.  While remember those that we have lost, we also know that there are many out there fighting.
